The site is located in the ionian sea just a few miles away from the mainland and close enough to the world famous skorpios island of the Onassis family.

The brief was to make a feasibility study on how the island can be transformed into a eco resort composed of private villas and a common recreational area suitable for foreign investment.

The 10.000sq forest land and the strict Greek construction laws over such properties have played an important role in the design. Most volumes of the eco resort are subterranean in order to blend perfectly with the rocky surface of the island and have minimum impact on the sensitive environment of the site.
