The large Victorian Manor is located at the green belt of London where construction restrictions are taking place due to the environmental sensitivity of the area.

The brief was to create extra living space for the family of six which their needs continue to evolve and should match the busy international lifestyle of the family.

The design forms a 200sqm extension located as a side volume of the Manor House. The space hosts a large kitchen with a glass conservatory dining area on the ground floor as well as a master bedroom suite with dressing room and large bathroom on the upper floor for the couple. The external design had to comply with the existing Victorian Manor while the interior spaces have a traditional English feel with contemporary touch.
